Accounting and analysis

Description

The vehicle is equipped with load cells on all axles.

The system monitors:

Transport vehicle arrival and departure to loading/unloading geo-fenced zones;

The time of transport vehicle staying in each zone;

And automatically determines a weight of the cargo delivered in each trip.

The monitoring and control unit is installed in the cabin. Excavators or loaders are also equipped with a monitoring unit displaying the value of cargo weight transmitted from the transport vehicle being loaded via a radio channel. These data allow loading the transport vehicle in an optimum way. Overloading and underloading result in improper operation and higher costs.
